Project description
Construction of a multifunctional complex of housing, social, public and business plots. The project includes construction of residential houses, hospitals, out-patient clinics, schools, as well as commercial and business centers, hotels, sport facilities, parks and recreational zones.
Best architects from all over the world were involved in the planning and designing of the “Baltic Pearl”. The Master Plan was developed by ARUP & OMA (Great Britain and Netherlands), HOK (USA), Geeyter (Belgium), SWECO (Sweden), «Zemtsov, Kondian and Partners» Ltd., and «Studio-44» LLC (Russia).
