Project description
Construction of a new business centre of the city and a major cultural destination. The project encompasses luxury hotels, serviced apartments, offices, retail, and a large underground parking. The project also includes a 2000-seat capacity concert hall, and a 400-seat state-of-the-art auditorium for traditional theater, performance, opera and dance. A mandatory condition of project implementation is the restoration of the original structures. For example, the main warehouse complex designed by Savva Chevakinsky will house hotel and retail facilities.
