Project description

Construction of a new modern football stadium with 60 000 minimum capacity, which will meet UEFA and FIFA requirements. The project will also include the construction of commercial infrastructure objects: shops, restaurants, sporting centre with a swimming pool, exhibition gallery. A mandatory condition of the project is preservation and development of the composition of the spit of Krestovsky Island as a key element in the coastal panorama of Saint-Petersburg. Due to the construction of the stadium, the city will have an opportunity to host international football matches such as the UEFA Cup, UEFA Champions League, etc., as well as to hold exhibitions, festivals and concerts.
