Project description

Creation of a new means of transport which will connect the left and right banks of the Neva River. This project will undertake the construction of the Orlovsky Tunnel which will run from Piskarevskava Prospekt to the Smolny Embankment, bypassing overloaded bridges. In order to attract investors to the building and operation of this project, tolls will be levied on the tunnels’ users. The tunnel will guarantee a 24 hour connections between the historical city center, the Ring road, and the Federal Roadways Scandinavia and Cole.
