Investor Geoinformation System – a specialized internet resource giving users access to basic information on the conditions and possibilities of investment in Saint Petersburg. System information is culled from committees of the Saint Petersburg City Administration and subordinate state agencies, making it possible to unite and systematize different data concerning Saint Petersburg real estate objects. Potential investors will find the latest information on buildings and land plots available for investment; information on particular investment projects and strategic projects of Saint Petersburg; data concerning historical buildings and state-protected territories; photographs; a developmental plan for Saint Petersburg; satellite photos of city territory and other data.
