Reorganization of part of the territory of Apraksin Dvor through the fulfillment of work on the reconstruction of engineering infrastructure objects, accommodating for modern use (reconstruction) and restoration of real estate objects (including objects of cultural preservation) for creation of a social-business multifunctional complex.

The territory bounded by Sadovaya Street, Lomonosova Street, Apraksinim Boulevard, Stepanovskim Throughfare, Torgovim Boulevard, and the borders of the land plot with address Zodchevo Rossi Street, 1-3, Letter A, 13.7 hectares.
